PRIVACY AND DATA USE CEO PROFILES Our CEO profiles are compiled from publically available sources, the views of World of CEOs Ltd and its employees, contractors and associates and any verified information supplied by profiled CEOs. - If you believe there is a factual inaccuracy on your CEO profile, contact us. - If you would like to discuss or contest the views we express in the profiles, contact us. REGISTERING YOUR DETAILS WITH US By registering for World of CEOs you consent to us contacting you in relationship to the provision of news and information and of any other goods and services. You also consent to us contacting you on behalf of, or in partnership with, reputable third party suppliers and partners. SIGNING UP TO THE INSIDER EMAIL LIST By signing up for the insider email list you consent to us sending you our insider emails. These are currently weekly starting 1st February. We may also send you ad hoc insider emails or made the regular emails more (e.g. weekly) or less (e.g. monthly) frequent. The parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England, United Kingdom. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these terms and conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect. You shall not assign these terms and conditions or assign any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without our prior written consent. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall World of CEOs be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, software failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
